Inventory Management
![]() ![]() ![]() |
Inventory management
is integrated with sales orders, and helps in quick order processing. Inventory and purchase management can also be
used as a standalone appplication
Stock can be reserved automatically against sales orders, and includes child components. The reservation is flexible, and can be modifed at any time. For example you can cancel a stock reservation, and replace it with a back order. Inventory can be held at multiple warehouses and locations, including external warehouses. You can manage stock using the two bin principle for minimum stock, or enter stock orders. The purchasing system includes features like multiple suppliers, being able to change the (approved) supplier at the point of order, the ability to modify purchasing requirements to get the best possible result, purchase units, and back order reservation against bigger stock orders. All item records are saleable. Bills of Material (BoM) are created dynamically from item pairs, and any part of the BoM can also be sold. view inventory functions Last updated: 1 July 2011 |
