The order fullment processes include customer relationship management features to aid order
entry and shipping. These include:

Stock Allocation (reservation):
instant stock allocation for customer orders.Most scenarios are handled, including partial allocations, partial allocated shipments, stock
de-allocation and stock re-allocation. Manufacturing or purchase back orders will be
generated if there is insufficient stock.
- Combine multiple sales
orders into a single shipment, and combine shipments into a single invoice.
- Order Traceability:
complete order traceability for stock, production orders and
purchase orders to the original customer order.
- Inventory Items: any inventory item is available for sale as long as it has a sale
price or contract price.
- Customer Contracts: customer contracts for any
inventory item. A similar system
is also used for purchasing contracts.
- Supply Chain Integration:

The stock management process consists of features to aid in stock planning
to improve order fullfillment. Some features include:
