Work Centres - Add Jobs

The 'Workcentre - Create Routes' function is used to create workcentre jobs. The JobNos to process are displayed by date required order. You can remove JobNos from this list for processing at a later date.

Selecting Run will expand production jobnos into workcentre jobs:

Each producton order must be associated with a valid process number
Each production order processed will no longer be displayed once a run is successful.
A 'run' can also be deleted / reversed if necessary.

The Run function will load workcentres incrementally with the first workcentre in the job route loaded first. The start date is the date the function is run. If the start date is outside a plant shift shedule, the start date is moved to the beginning of the first available sheduled shift. The maximum loading at each workstation at any given time will not normally exceed 100% utilisation.

If the workcentre is designated as 'infinite capacity', then all attached workstations will have infinite capacity and no utilisation data will be created.
